Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, in line with applicable GCC consumer protection rules.

How to request a return

1. Contact customer care with your order number.
2. We arrange collection or provide return instructions.
3. Once inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
